Your consultations
Inna Iashchenko — Psychologist | FSP & AVP.
Individual psychological consultations for adults, offered online. Psychological consultations are distinct from psychotherapy; Inna is not presented as a recognised psychotherapist.
Consultations last 60 minutes and cost CHF 150 per session.
Insurance in Switzerland
These psychological consultations are not reimbursed by Swiss basic health insurance (LAMal). Some supplementary insurance policies may contribute towards the cost of psychological counselling. Coverage depends on your policy and the insurer’s recognition of the provider and service, including online consultations. Before booking, please ask your insurer to confirm whether consultations with Inna are covered and under which conditions.
Payment
Payment is due before the consultation begins. The planned payment methods are TWINT Business, SumUp card-payment links and bank transfer. Payment instructions will be supplied once these services are activated. Inna checks receipt manually.
Please do not include clinical details in payment references.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours before your consultation. Later cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full CHF 150.
Online meetings and booking
Consultations are planned through Google Meet. Consultations are not recorded; no transcription or AI note-taking is planned.
meetergo Free is the selected booking service. The event is titled “Appointment” and asks for name and email only. Please do not enter clinical information in booking messages. Appointment times and time zones are also necessary for scheduling.
Records and privacy
Before consultations begin, client records will be kept on an encrypted computer in Switzerland. Separate backups are encrypted before upload to Google Drive. Within the practice, only Inna has access to readable client records and backups. The separate privacy notice explains the planned processing arrangements. Their configuration and checks will be completed before bookings open.
Unpaid appointments
Payment must be received before the appointment begins. If payment has not been received, the consultation will not proceed.
If Inna cancels
If Inna cancels your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the amount paid for that appointment. No cancellation fee applies.
Technical interruptions
If a technical failure prevents the consultation from starting or continuing, you may choose to reschedule the undelivered consultation time or receive a refund for that part. Any refund for a partially completed consultation will be calculated proportionately to the undelivered time out of the scheduled 60 minutes.
Your choice to take part
Inna Iashchenko offers individual online psychological consultations for adults. These are distinct from psychotherapy; Inna is presented as a psychologist, not as a recognised psychotherapist. Before starting, you can discuss the purpose and approach of the consultations, their suitability for your needs, and any questions about the arrangements.
Participation is voluntary. You may ask questions, decline a proposed activity or stop consultations. The agreed payment and cancellation terms continue to apply to appointments already arranged.
Confidentiality
Inna treats information about you and your consultations as confidential, including after the professional relationship ends. Information is not routinely shared with family members, employers, insurers or other professionals. Where your permission is needed for a disclosure, its purpose, recipient and scope will be explained and your agreement recorded separately.
Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal limits. Disclosure without your permission may occur where required or authorised by law, following a release by the competent authority, or in an acute emergency where legally justified. Only the information necessary for the situation will be disclosed.
Online consultations and records
Consultations use Google Meet and are not recorded; no transcription or AI note-taking is planned. Online communication involves privacy and technical risks, which can be discussed before starting. The privacy notice explains the use of service providers, consultation records, encrypted storage and backups, and possible processing outside Switzerland. Acknowledging that notice is not a blanket waiver of confidentiality or permission for unrelated use of your information.
